It has been a very busy and exciting spring for Banner Marketing! We have added several talented individuals to our staff, moved our Spokane headquarters to a great new office space and opened an office on the East Coast so that we can better serve our clients across the country. We are all energized by these developments and excited to share them with you. In May, we attended the National Hardware Show as an exhibitor, and we are excited at the opportunities gained at the show. In the piece, Shirley provides insight on how the term “direct marketing” has been redefined as “new direct” and what it means in today’s world where people consume information in many different ways. • Banner welcomes Laurie Ross, Sales Manager, who brings over 20 years of experience in media and retail sales. She will assist the management of the regional sales teams.

News | National Headquarters moved from the Liberty Lake area of Spokane to a new suite in the city’s River View Corporate Center which sits along Spokane’s picturesque Centennial Trail. The space better reflects Banner’s redefined approach and direction to integrated marketing and advertising, and accommodates 40 Spokane-based employees. • Bart Hillman has joined Banner’s sales team as Regional Sales Manager of the Central Region (central USA and Canada). Bart’s experience as a retail store owner and in wholesale sales gives Bart an indepth and unique perspective of the challenges facing the industry today.
