The Operations Manager has management responsibility for production designers, logistics and quality control. Duties include formulating and administering processes and procedures to increase the performance level of production department; maintain and administer timely statistical analysis of resources and results to ensure the highest quality of service to internal as well as external customers; and ensure support of sales and marketing goals and objectives.

The Regional Sales Manager is the primary contact with dealers in a designated region and liaison to Banner’s internal teams. This position is the ultimate point of accountability, responsible for building and maintaining client relationships; and, identifying and growing new business opportunities resulting in increased revenue and flawless execution of all promotions.

The Senior Creative Designer position supports and enhances Banner business by producing the highest quality creative design marketing and advertising material; provide conceptual design, layout and composition expertise for a variety of advertising mediums; and, as required, participate in presentations to clients.
