Client: Ashley Furniture is the top-selling furniture brand in the world and the number-one retailer of furniture and bedding in the United States. First opened in 1933, Ashley Furniture HomeStore is a chain of independently owned and operated furniture stores licensed to sell Ashley Furniture products exclusively. Since 1933, over 300 HomeStore locations have opened in North America. Currently there are over 430 Ashley Furniture HomeStore locations operating worldwide. They have stores located throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, and Japan. There are corporate owned Ashley Furniture HomeStores, as well as, independently owned and operated HomeStores. All of the furniture sold is manufactured by Ashley.

Need: Ashley Homestores was in need of a way to maintain the integrity of their brand. They needed an easy solution for versioning of national campaigns to speak to the customer at the local level in an effort to drive traffic to the Ashley HomeStores.

Solution: Banner Marketing has worked with Ashley Homestores for over 10 years, developing the Simple Program which is still used today. This successful solution offers an easy marketing solution for the licencees and brand regulations for Ashley corporate. Banner Marketing has collaborated on the development of all advertising programs and themes, developing turn-key programs that convey the national look and feel of Ashley with the flexibility of versioning needed at the local level. Banner Marketing also acts as a conduit of communication between Ashley corporate and the licensees providing back-end measurements of success of each and every advertising promotion. CRAMER’S HOME FURNISHINGS

Client: In 1995, Marty and Michelle Cramer left successful careers in the publishing industry to start Cramer's Home Furnishings. The Cramers currently own two stores in Washington State that carry several national manufacturers. The stores are located in the small rural markets of Omak and Ellensburg.

Need: Cramer’s had a traditional advertising agency on a monthly retainer. There was a concern that the retainer would be better used directly towards advertising.

Solution: Banner Marketing partnered with Cramer’s by providing a detailed market analysis for both locations prior to suggesting integrated marketing solutions. The Banner Marketing creative team also revamped Cramer’s branding by refining the look and feel of Cramer’s collateral and providing needed consistency. After Banner Marketing’s first integrated campaign using various print and digital elements, Marty reported that Cramer’s had the best single day, revenue wise, in the 16 years Cramer’s has been in existance. Almost two years later, Cramer’s works with Banner Marketing every month to drive traffic to his stores.

I wanted to take a minute to let you know how excited all of us at Cramer’s are. We have now had our 5th month in a row with significant increases. I know it will be hard to believe but we ended February up 33% over last year. The combination of website, inserts, and email blasts is proving to be a huge success.
